Los Angeles artist Mehro released his first single Perfum at the beginning of 2020 and with this song he reached 5.5 million streams on Spotify. We have to admit, that’s a great debut most artists would envy. Today Mehro is coming back with his latest love song Chance with You.
On Chance With You, Mehro says, „When I wrote 'chance with you,’ it was an acknowledgement that I let something slip through my fingers. I let fear overpower my desires, and I won’t let that happen again.”
Mehro’s songs sound like instant classics, and the simply exquisite „chance with you” is a love song for the ages. Passionate vocals croon over a folk-guitar musing on lost time as mehro confesses about a love he wishes he pursued: „If I could go back in time, I’d shoot my shot, just so I could have a chance with you.”
Even though Mehro is a young artist his music is influenced by icons like Elliot Smith, Jeff Buckley and Rufus Wainwright. From composition to lyrical imagery, Mehro captures the essence of a soul much older and wiser than his own.
