Each year, the Spotlight Awards bring together a jury of leading industry professionals from top brands, agencies, and publications to review and select winning images across a wide range of categories, including Advertising, Fashion, Beauty, People & Lifestyle, Sport, and more.
The 2026 jury brings together leading creative and editorial professionals from internationally recognised brands, agencies, and publications. Confirmed judges include Luke Li, Creative Lead at IKEA Sweden, Joanne Banks, Photo Editor at The Economist, Janique Helson, Head of Creative/Content at Volvo Cars US, Alex Collares, Associate Creative Director at VML New York, Lorraine Warner, Senior Advertising Producer at Unilever, Craig Greenwood, Executive Creative Director at Publicis Production, Chris Blackwell, Senior Creative Director at Hearst, and Viktor Jacobsson, Global Creative Director at Uber, among many others.

2025 Beauty winner, Leo Rohrsetzer
Each category will have one winner, with all 50+ judges voting to select an overall Grand Prize winner from among the category winners. Across the 14 categories, more than $40,000 worth of prizes will be awarded, offering not only valuable sponsor support from Salt, Photo Review, and ModelManagement, but also significant industry recognition and international exposure. One photographer will receive a Grand Prize package worth $5,500, including $1,000 in cash.
